Face Retreat is located in beautiful, energetic, Crocker Park, across from the Cheesecake Factory! We are a close, caring work family, elevating the lives of Cleveland's Westside population with therapeutic massage and facials in our upscale environment.
We are looking to add a highly motivated, engaging and energetic sales professional to our team! ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Sales receptionist will provide an EXCELLENT guest experience at Massage Heights to ensure every guest's satisfaction.
Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences.
Enthusiastically present and educate guests on Lifestyle Programs, gift cards and retail products.
Must love interacting with the public and achieving sales goals.
Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members.
Take pride in all aspects of the job and provide a clean Retreat environment for Team Members and Guests.
Qualifications:
Sales experience required.
2 years minimum receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred.
Sales Receptionist must have strong attention to details and excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Previous membership sales experience a plus, as is familiarity with the massage industry.
Basic understanding of software and a desire to learn.
Positive and friendly attitude, high energy and strong work ethic required.
Available to work flexible hours and days, nights and weekends as well.
