Our office located in Westlake is growing and expanding to add more hours! We want to hire a qualified person to help us manage our busy office and all of our wonderful patients.
We are looking for a driven professional with an outstanding personality who excels in a fast paced environment.
We are a private practice, general dentist office.
Your duties would include:
- Overseeing all office operations with emphasis on constant improvement of both staff efficiency and patient care - Handling Accounts Receivable and overseeing financial arrangements - Processing and Tracking Insurance Claim submissions - Resolve patient concerns and complaints - Work closely with patients before and after dental procedures - Act as liaison between doctors and patients to help explain treatment plans.
