in Westlake, Ohio.
We are looking for a health and wellness oriented person to fill our Chiropractic Assistant position to start immediately.
Our busy family Chiropractic office specializes in working with expectant, post partum mothers, and children therefore we are seeking a positive, kind, and energetic person who can multitask, communicate effectively and learn quickly.
We will train you on front desk/office procedures and medical billing to keep our chiropractic facility running smoothly.
Hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:
00 am to 3:
00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7:
00 am to 3:
00 pm, with occasional evenings and Friday mornings.
Responsibilities:
Handle all front desk and office duties in a timely manner.
Keeping the office clean and tidy.
Perform and setting up routine therapy modalities to support the doctors.
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare administration is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with medical billing procedures if possible.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self motivated and can multitask efficiently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
