Brookdale Westlake Village is a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, which means we have independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing all on one campus.
We are situated on 23 acres of sprawling beautiful property with a standalone memory care surrounded by water.

Brookdale Healthplus is a new personalized health-care service, and is part of our holistic approach to caring for our residents wherever they live.
Our Resident Engagement Director has been at our community for 9 years and is a Regional Mentor for the state of Ohio as well as a subject matter expert on policy and procedure for resident engagement.

Responsibilities:
Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
RN's utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
