The Enterprise Help Desk Agent provides first-line support for mobile device issues, handling incoming calls, emails, and tickets to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
They collaborate with internal teams, contribute to process improvements, and stay updated on new technologies.
Essential Functions:
Provide 1st line support for customer tickets within SLA.
Respond to calls, emails, and manage ticket queue.
Assist with device setup, operations, and troubleshooting.
Support mobile device features and accessories.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and enrollment.
Manage ticket status and collaborate on exception tickets.
Make process improvement recommendations.
Continuously train in new products.
Qualifications:
Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
1 - 2 years of helpdesk experience.
Zendesk and order procurement a plus.
Ability to pass a background check.
Performance Requirements:
Maintain regular attendance.
Operate computer technologies.
Customer-focused and adaptable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible hours availability.
Clear and confidential communication.
Physical Requirements:
Stationary position 75% of the time.
Access work locations.
Read and receive detailed information orally and digitally.
