Essential Functions:
Lead parts procurement team.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Manage $500k
parts inventory.
Coordinate unit breakdowns for comprehensive parts coverage.
Handle personnel management tasks.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
Track and analyze key performance indicators.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and participate in employee engagement events.
Coordinate with support groups.
Ensure parts department organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in warehouse management and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage people.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Pass a background check.
