Our organization, a leading player in the engineering industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance ManagerThis role is permanent and full-time, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and excellence are highly valuedThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality checks, implementing operational controls, and driving continuous process improvementsA PCQI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
1Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
2Review all quality checks and ensure they are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
3Implement operational controls to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.
4Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance strategies with overall business objectives.
6Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective measures.
7Provide technical and quality assurance guidance to the manufacturing team.
8Prepare and present detailed reports on quality assurance activities, results, and recommendations to senior management.
9Keep abreast of latest quality assurance standards, regulations, and best practices in the engineering industry.
10Ensure all quality assurance activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance role.
3Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and operational controls.
4Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and best practices in the engineering industry.
5Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
6Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
9PCQI certification is preferred.
