Job Description:
This individual will be the lead systems installer often working with local labor forces to complete the installation in accordance to the budgeted time frame. Must be able to read engineered drawings and have strong problem solving skills. The Installer must have the ability to flex and think on their feet according to on-site conditions and changes in scheduling. Good communication skills and patience for direct interaction with clients. Motivated individual that takes pride in their work and is willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
o Access site conditions to determine the process required to complete the installation
o Compare actual site conditions to engineered drawings for discrepancies and communicate any issues back to Project Manager
o Supervise / oversee laborers and assure tasks are completed to company standards
o Direct communication with client, contractors and other site personnel
o QualityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
