As a Consumer Loan Approval Specialist, the duties and responsibilities include:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service with an enthusiastic attitude to assigned distributors Make prompt and accurate credit decisions on new consumer loan contracts in conformity with company guidelines in order to maximize volume and minimize risk. Meet production standards as assigned and escalate calls as required by guidelines Verify and process contracts in assigned region to ensure the highest quality customer service Resolve and collect on first payment defaults in a prompt, effective and accurate manner Perform additional assignments as required to assist in achieving Finance Team and Company goals
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving attributes and the ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment to ensure timely completion of deadlines associated with the loan approval process, must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of our internal structure as well as our distributors/customers and maintain confidentiality to protect the privacy of our customers.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (4 openings)
6:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. (3 openings)
Saturday rotation required. Additional weekend optional overtime hours available.
