Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Customer Service/Sales Support position include, but are not limited to; preparing and following up on quotes/samples for customers, qualifying sales leads, creating and executing purchase orders, basic accounting, performing typical customer service duties, assisting team members as needed and executing any special projects as assigned. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Quickbooks preferred. Being comfortable in a fast paced environment and multitasking is an absolute must!
