We are currently hiring entry level individuals who have a restaurant, retail and/or customer service background for a full time position. We have found that candidates working in the retail, restaurant, and any type of customer service position are very easy to train into our account manager position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition and this all requires skills that are often acquired in the restaurant, retail, and customer service industries.
Day to Day Operations
Strategize with team on how to achieve company goals
Meet with existing customers to go over experiences
New customer acquisition through personal interaction
Recoup to discuss company results and gameplan for next day
Our sales and marketing firm is in the industry of delivering results and providing quality customer service experiences for our Fortune 100 Clients. They want us to deliver a face to face customer service experience to their existing customers, while providing personal care with new customers.
