Marine Trade Association Executive
The Cleveland based Lake Erie Marine Trades Association (LEMTA) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to be Director of Member Services. LEMTA provides legislative lobbying, educational training, market research and promotional programs for its members. It also leads in the development, sales and marketing of the association's four annual boat shows and other special events in two states.
This is a hands on management position with advancement to the top for the right person. LEMTA is widely recognized, 58 year old organization of dealers, marina operators and service firms that readily accept new ideas and has produced special boating events ranging from fishing tournaments to lighted boat parades to festivals promoting the boating lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or communications. Recreational boating or marine industry experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
