Branch Manager
AAA East Central has an immediate opening for a full-time Branch Manager at our Westlake, OH location. We are seeking an experienced manager with a proven ability to supervise, motivate and develop staff. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and provide the highest quality of customer service to our valued members.
Must be able to manage the budget and meet sales and customer service goals. Strong analytical skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, and experience in performance management required. Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and some Saturdays. Ability to travel to other locations within the same geographic area required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Competitive salary ($44K - $50K) based on experience and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance and 401(k).
