Strategy and Insights Manager

The Strategy & Insights Manager coordinates and offers strategic support for both mid- and long term AC NA planning. This individual works collaboratively across business functions and provides consultative support to the Leadership team. The Strategy & Insights Manager is a trusted adviser and thought leader to the business. This individual has the unique responsibility of uncovering consumer, shopper and market insights and translating those into actionable plans for the business. This individual should have some experience with various primary & syndicated research, retail customer Point of Sale data, accessing macro & mega trends and be able to clearly communicate them across multiple audiences, internally & externally. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position touches on multiple areas where insights can enhance/influence our branding strategy, our Innovation & Concept development process and our merchandising strategy.
What we offer (Job Duties):
Collaborating and coordinating with the Leadership team on strategic & operational steering of the business, long term planning and other projects.
Providing consulting, interpretation and reporting of data to Brand management, R&D, Sales team and Leadership Team.
Managing strategic & tactical analysis requests.
Retrieving, analyzing and reporting on Customer Point of Sale data.
Ensuring easy access to consumer and market research data across those areas of the organization where they are needed.
Developing monthly & quarterly dashboard for POS, market size, market share & competitive activities to be utilized by Leadership Team.
Aligning and collaborating with Global Market Research team (D sseldorf & Scottsdale)
Who we are looking for:
BS/BA business management with strong marketing emphasis, MBA preferred.
2+ years marketing experience within customer/consumer environment. Knowledge or experience working with consumer research could be advantageous.
Expert PowerPoint & Excel skills.
Excellent communicator both verbal and written, with ability to deliver messages to different audiences.
Excellent analytical skills. Ability to review data from many sources and draw impactful conclusions.
Must be motivated & proactive to succeed in a fast paced environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
