The Telecommunication Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and evaluating all telecommunications for the organization, including wireline and wireless.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Build & maintain inventory of all telecom assetsWireline and wireless services review and cost optimizationCapacity planning for wireline and wireless servicesResponsible for the consolidation and transfer of services to the most cost effective accountsResponsible for ordering of all wireline and wireless services, including data circuits, voice circuits, analog lines, and broadband circuits Finance/Audit Receipt, processing, and storage of all telecommunications invoicesAudit all billed services against the operational services inventory and contractual rates.
File, manage, track, report and resolve any disputes arising from the audit process.
Provide allocation process and documents to assign and track all communications expenses to accounting entitiesSavings tracking and reporting Reporting / Recommendations Review and provide various reports including wireline, wireless, teleconference, and support tracking as needed.
Review and provide reports and recommendations in regards to capacity planning and cost optimization.
Mobile Device Management Procurement and tracking of all mobile devices and accessoriesEnd user support for all wireless carrier related issues, including order status, inventory, security, and policy compliancePolicy administration including eligibility, entitlement, and payment.
Device warranty supportDevice integration with corporate email/calendar/contracts, etc.
Support Open and track repair and new install tickets for data/analog lines and data/voice circuitsOpen and track repair tickets for Legacy PBX issues.
Responsible for all voicemail password resetsManage relationship with our 3rd Party PBX Vendor Support
Qualifications:
