Junior Data Analyst

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL TO JUNIOR LEVEL POSITION The data analyst is responsible for the quality and accuracy of all business data and provides expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.
This entails working closely with all departments to provide information needed to make business decisions.

Essential Functions:
Develop detailed charts, reports and presentations as related to KPI's and project results.
Perform quantitative and statistical analysis in order to identify opportunities.
Create and present multi-layered dashboards.
Generate/Automate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Produce ad-hoc reporting requests.
Develop SQL scripts and stored procedures Document own work, create technical documents for requirements/design and internal communication.
Assist in the management, development, and maintenance of our systems and processes.
Troubleshoot problems.
Use programming languages to automate tasks.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years database experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience creating professional and easy to digest reports.
Basic knowledge of SQL Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal skills).
Positive, team player, innovative, detail-oriented, organized, excellent work ethic.
Ability to follow multiple projects from inception to completion.
Problem solver who is attentive to detail.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Skilled with data mining techniques and procedures.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
